The RMA Philosophy is a research-oriented programme, with a flexible structure that allows for the in-depth pursuit of individual specializations. The structure of the program is rather complex and it comprehend numerous parts:

• The compulsory elements (60 EC):
  • Core Seminar 1 and Core Seminar 2 (20 EC), which last for two blocks each and are usually attended during the first year
  • The Research Colloquium of both years (10 EC)
  • The RMA Thesis in the second half of the second year
• The restricted choice elements (25 EC):
  • At least 4 Topic Seminars (20 EC)
  • At least 1 Interdisciplinary Research Area (5 EC)
• The free choice area:
  • At least 2 Tutorials (10 EC)
  • The Research School Seminars (10 EC)
  • Electives freely chosen among Master courses, internships or additional Topics and Research School Seminars or tutorials (15 EC)
